Hello Hydration community,

We’d like to introduce Orbinum Network, a privacy-focused network currently being built on Substrate + Frontier with full EVM compatibility.

Our goal is to bring stronger privacy infrastructure into the Polkadot ecosystem through a shielded UTXO pool architecture with core actions such as:

• Shield
• Private transfers
• Unshield
• Selective disclosure

We also use validator-based relayers by default to improve user privacy and reduce metadata exposure.

Right now, we are in an early building stage and preparing our future public testnet to demonstrate real progress and working technology before anything else.

We are posting here because we genuinely want to connect with projects inside the Polkadot ecosystem, especially communities like Hydration that are actively building valuable infrastructure.

At this stage, the support we are looking for is not only technical, but also community-oriented:

• Advice from experienced builders
• Communication and collaboration between projects
• Friendly connections inside the ecosystem
• Guidance on growing within Polkadot
• Long-term partnerships and mutual support

As a new independent project, earning trust is difficult without ecosystem backing, and we understand that credibility comes from transparency, collaboration, and consistent building.

Our long-term vision is to integrate XCM and become part of the interoperable Polkadot network while contributing privacy infrastructure that can benefit users and builders across the ecosystem.
