Create the HydraDX/Basilisk Chinese Community in the Telegram/WeChat/QQ. At present, daily communication is mainly carried out in the WeChat group（蛇粉总群1~3）. Translate official announcements in time and publish them in the community. Answer questions from community members in time. Organize and host a monthly/quarterly text AMA. Organize a team of community volunteers to complete translation tasks in time.
