According to the previous collaboration agreement with Hydradx, all expenses were originally supposed to be paid in USD. However, after communication, we learned that Hydradx is now managed by DAO, and payments need to be made in HDX. The 5% of the total is allocated to offset losses from transaction liquidity and fees, as well as to cover the manual costs associated with maintaining democratic proposals.

Regarding Subscan's UI, it defaults to displaying three decimal places, which might be user-unfriendly. We will optimize it this month. The actual exchange rate we use is 0.006646. Due to recent market fluctuations, there are differences among platforms in terms of EMA data sources, data granularity, and calculation methods, leading to variations.

Additionally, it's worth discussing whether, given the significant market volatility, it would be more reasonable to consider using EMA30?

This is now on-chain - I have tipped it at the 7d ma price from Kraken, which is 393,258 for $5033.70.
