#98·Add vDOT to Omnipool

This proposal, if approved, will:

Add vDOT (Bifrost Voucher DOT) to the Omnipool with initial price of 0.20 LRNA - given DAI price of 1 DAI and LRNA price of 24.14 DAI.

vDOT (Bifrost Voucher DOT) will be added with a 10% weight cap and the owner of the position will be the HydraDX Treasury.
