This proposal, if approved, will fund the second wave of Polkadot Hydration liquidity incentives!

The proposed farms take into account the analysis from Giraffe and the subsequent discussion in https://hydration.subsquare.io/posts/207 - as well as other interactions with token holders in discord, telegram & on X.

The second wave will include the same total 191,222 vDOT and 49,229,167 HDX from the first wave - however, there are changes to their distribution amongst the farms. Due to time constraints and to avoid existing farms from running out of incentives, I will request that this proposal is fast tracked to 2.5 days of voting and will follow up in the coming days with 2 new farms that couldn't be included in this batch.

This specific proposal can be summarised as follows:

• USDT & USDC 2-pool farm remains as per the first wave
• iBTC & WBTC 2-pool farm remains as per the first wave
• DOT farm remains as per the first wave
• vDOT farm remains as per the first wave
• CFG rewards are reduced to 69% (nice) of the first wave
• ASTR rewards are increased by 75%
• GLMR rewards are increased by 25%
• INTR rewards are reduced to 50% of the first wave
• BNC rewards are reduced to 80% of the first wave
• PHA rewards are increased by 100%
• KILT rewards are reduced to 50% of the first wave

A second proposal will follow in the coming days to set up 2 new farms:

• vASTR
• MYTH/ DOT

The above changes are intended to divert rewards from less successful farms from the first wave, into the most successful.
