This proposal, if approved, will:

• Create Global and Yield Farms for the below assets at the maximum APRs presented

• Mint 121,229,167 HDX to the Hydration Treasury for:
  • The first bonds campaign - 50,000,000 HDX
  • The second bonds campaign - 22,000,000 HDX
  • The first batch of HDX rewards for the Polkadot Hydration campaign - 49,229,167 HDX

These HDX are from the Growth portion of HDX supply - the previous bonds events were taken directly from the Treasury balance to be replaced by the Growth pot at a later date.
