#167·Accept & Send HRMP channel open requests - KILT

This proposal, if approved, will:

• Accept HRMP channel open request from parachain 2086 KILT
• Send HRMP channel open request to parachain 2086 KILT
• Add KILT to the asset registry and as fee payment asset - assetId 28
• Add the following on-chain remark: Add KILT as tradeable asset within the Omnipool & fast-track the respective addToken referenda
