To be honest although I obviously love HydraDX, I am willing to see what an agency can give us with the rebrand, I think it can be beneficial, i want to see some concepts and see what is at the end

Hope that the agency also put some multi head monsters like easter egg, or integrate them of some way 🫡

Dot started as top crypto asset. It is different when everyone already knows about you. Additionally, they did not go from polkadot to polkadrink. This rebrand has a name change. We are just getting people to know who we are going into the BULLMARKET. I think this should have been done during the bear cycle. I see it as bad timing. 

Nay, this should be split into one vote about the name and another about the visuals.

I think it's also important to run some engagement campaigns to bring non-native Polkadot users into the HDX ecosystem.

voting 'yes'  - in hope to see a more open discussion about the anticipated new name "Hydration" and its steps taken along in terms of visuals and branding.

if we go away from HydraDX, which alot of effort has been put into already
(talking recognition of omnipool being tied / in appearance to the wording HydraDX and logo of HydraDX)
it better be discussed in a workshop style setting from scratch and think of alignements in both community, business and awaited agile crosschain usage ( yes, stableCoin too, please)

I'm thinking long term. Yes sir ree from me.....

I have been a user since minute zero and I am used to the interface, but a re-branding is very good to attract users right at the takeoff of a bull market, also the Miami Vice style is like saying GTA style and we already know the commotion that GTA 6 will cause. For me, it's a BIG AYE.

Rebrand is ok. Not sure this is it though. Seems VC driven. 

I'm open to the idea of a rebrand wrt aesthetics. However, I strongly prefer HydraDX over Hydration for a name.

Following on from [this discussion](https://hydradx.subsquare.io/posts/160) on the path forward for HydraDX, this proposal, if approved, will place the following on-chain remark:

`Rebrand from HydraDX to Hydration. Incorporate a visual refresh including logo and general look-and-feel of the brand which should go in the direction of retro flair / Vaporware / Miami Vice style`

This will serve as formal ratification by HDX holders for Intergalactic Limited to engage with professional brand agencies to conduct a full rebrand of HydraDX.

- HydraDX is going to change its name to Hydration.
- They want to update their logo and overall brand style to have a retro, Vaporware, Miami Vice look.
- This change will be approved by people who own HDX.
- They will work with professional brand agencies to make this happen.
- This is a big decision for HydraDX and they are taking it seriously.
