- Schedule transfers of HDX from HydraDX Treasury to Staking Rewards Pot based on the following parameters:
    - Wait `3,600` blocks (~12 hours) after execution of this proposal
    - Transfer `60,882.8` HDX
    - Every `7,200` blocks (24 hours)
    - For 365 instances
- This totals 22,222,222 HDX over the course of ~1 year

- HydraDX Treasury will transfer 1,000 HDX to Staking Rewards Pot
- Staking will be initialised
- HDX transfers will be scheduled from HydraDX Treasury to Staking Rewards Pot
- This will happen every 24 hours for 365 days
