- The owner of the DAI position will be the HydraDX Treasury and it will have a 30% weight cap.
- The owner of the WBTC position will also be the HydraDX Treasury and it will have a 20% weight cap.
- These proposals need to be approved before they can be added to the Omnipool.

- BNC will be added to the Omnipool with a starting price of 0.00879 LRNA.

- WETH (Moonbeam Wormhole) will also be added to the Omnipool with a starting price of 67.84 LRNA.

- LRNA and DAI are used to determine the initial prices of BNC and WETH in the Omnipool.

- The referendum will signify a historic moment with an on-chain remark.

Add ASTR to Omnipool

HydraDX is planning to start a Liquidity Mining program called "Hydrated Farms" if a referendum is approved. 

They will create a HDX "Global Farm" and distribute 20M HDX over a ~3 month period to applicable "Yield Farms". 

They will also create a DOT "Yield Farm" with 1x multiplier and target additional DOT TVL of $2,222,222. 

The Loyalty multiplier will start at 1x and trend towards 2x throughout the life of farms. 

Rewards will be distributed based on the price ratio of DOT to LRNA in the LP position at the time of deposit into the farm, and paid out in HDX using an oracle price conversion.
