11 months ago - a community member vigilantly explored and identified a misconfiguration of of the HubAssetImbalance, which was fixed by referendum #23.
The bounty was never paid for this despite intentions to do so at the time, I am therefore proposing a $5000 bounty, paid at the Kraken 7d EMA of 0.0165 per HDX. This is equal to 303,030 HDX.
