#72·Open HRMP channels w/ Bifrost & on-chain remark

This referendum, if approved will:

• Accept HRMP channel open request from Bifrost
• Send HRMP channel open request to Bifrost
• Place on-chain remark: Add vDOT and BNC as tradeable asset within the Omnipool & fast-track the respective addToken referendum
