This proposal seeks to remove the collator "iMiroslav" with the account ID 7Ni7k6VzmMamc5XixohFCmMYe6WYeqqgkqSGhupA8FMEhHFP from the invulnerable collator list.
The aforementioned collator violated the uptime agreement being offline for more than 4 days.
