After the recent [discussion #124 - Parachain slot renewal](https://hydradx.subsquare.io/posts/124) - a **Pure Proxy** has been set up on the Polkadot Relay Chain with address: `13RSNAx31mcP5H5KYf12cP5YChq6JeD8Hi64twhhxKtHqBkg`.

A 2/6 multisig was created with address: `16chKQ1RP5KcorA1kSdgmptDKtZSkxcw9TQ3gkJW3vuphVRX` with the following Council members as signers:
- Jak-Pan
- mrq
- lolmcshizz
- Leemo
- Jose Crypto
- Dakauaiguy

This multisig is assigned as `AUCTION PROXY` to the Pure Proxy, with Parachain 2034 (HydraDX) as `ANY PROXY` - this means that the multisig will be able to bid on parachain auctions using the funds in the Pure Proxy, but only HydraDX governance can move the funds.

**This proposal, if approved, will transfer 100,000 DOT from the HydraDX Treasury to the Pure Proxy address** `13RSNAx31mcP5H5KYf12cP5YChq6JeD8Hi64twhhxKtHqBkg`.

- A new Pure Proxy has been set up on the Polkadot Relay Chain.
- A multisig was created with six Council members as signers.
- The multisig is assigned as AUCTION PROXY to the Pure Proxy, with Parachain 2034 (HydraDX) as ANY PROXY.
- The multisig will be able to bid on parachain auctions using the funds in the Pure Proxy.
- 100,000 DOT from the HydraDX Treasury will be transferred to the Pure Proxy address if the proposal is approved.
