Circle recently announced that they will be launching native USDC on Polkadot network in September. Previously, the HydraDX community agreed to diversify some of our DAI POL to USDC (native) when it becomes available - and so this proposal prepares the ground for this event.

This proposal, if approved, will create the following OTC order:
- Swap 2,200,000 DAI Wormhole (Moonbeam) for 2,189,000 USDC AssetHub [0.5% premium]

USDC from the AssetHub has already been registered on the HydraDX asset registry, and once launch of this asset takes place this OTC order will be ready to be filled. Once filled, another referendum will follow to launch it for trading in the Omnipool.
